Reporting a scoring issue
Use Share link in the calculator and paste that link into your message. Tell us which frame looks wrong, what result you expected, and which browser or device you used. A nickname in the scorecard is enough; please omit personal information that is not needed to explain the problem.
For a handicap question, include the average, basis, percentage, cap and game count. Your league secretary is the right person to confirm which settings the league requires.
Other feedback
You can also report an unclear explanation, accessibility problem, broken link or printing issue. For print problems, include paper size, orientation and whether the on-screen preview looks correct. We review messages as we can; no guaranteed response time is offered.
